Due to all current products being perishables, all shipping is run via express postage to ensure they arrive in the quality we promise.

Shipping is determined off a rate by price basis.

$0-$50: $10
$51-$150: $20
$150+: $25

Shipping price also includes full tracking details supplied in an email at dispatch.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product that arrives damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered will be eligible for a refund or exchange of product. If this occurs Rivergum Cottage must be contacted via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
